Glenn Barling was appointed to serve as City of Habitation Richland Senior Pastor February of 2025. Prior to that, he has served in many positions of leadership throughout our region and city. As Associate pastor of Youth at Island View Worship Center he assisted in the vision and birthing of many faith-filled ministries.

The attributes that best describe Glenn as a pastor are passionate worshipper, honest and child-like preaching, relational leadership development, intimate family counseling, and clear vision casting for the coming days! He has a burning desire to lead a church like the City of Habitation where biblical values are embraced, encouraged and demonstrated. He truly cares about the needs of those around him and desires an open dialog from all friends and family that attend. Pastor Glenn takes worship and preaching very seriously, spending the first hours of his day focused on worship and study of God's word.

He graduated from California Baptist University in 1980 with a degree in Education and coaching.

Glenn has been happily married for 43 years to his wonderful wife, Patricia. They have 3 amazing children: Austin Barling, Leatha Hall and Hannah Tedeschi. Glenn and Patricia have 9 precious grandchildren: Cadence, Jessa, Noah, Caleb, Izak, Emily, William, Gabriel and Judah Bear!

Tyler Troutman was appointed to serve as City of Habitation Richland Youth Pastor. Prior to that, he served as Associate pastor of Youth at Island View Worship Center in Richland Washington.
